What We Do

REPSSI Mozambique plays a crucial role in transforming the lives of children and young people in remote communities by providing essential mental health and psychosocial support. Through partnerships with local organizations and community-based volunteers, REPSSI focuses on enhancing psychosocial well-being, alleviating stress, depression, and trauma, and improving caregiving practices. Our interventions are designed to empower children, young people, and caregivers with life skills, promote economic resilience, and foster supportive networks, ultimately strengthening communities across Mozambique.

Our Approach

For the past 22 years, REPSSI has been dedicated to building sustainable partnerships at local, regional, and international levels. The organization collaborates closely with key entities such as the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the East African Community (EAC), the African Union, as well as governments, academic institutions, civil society organizations, researchers, and mental health professionals.
