REPSSI empowers communities through an integrated approach that combines mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), livelihood assistance, community mobilization, and interventions in humanitarian settings and disaster risk management. By training local leaders, caregivers, and educators in MHPSS, we equip communities to identify and address mental health challenges directly, creating a foundation of support that is both accessible and sustainable.

Our livelihood programs enhance economic stability for vulnerable families by providing skills training, vocational opportunities, and essential resources. This helps families gain financial independence and reduces stressors linked to mental health issues.

REPSSI also works closely with traditional leaders, recognizing their vital role in community cohesion and acceptance. In humanitarian settings, we rapidly deploy MHPSS interventions to support individuals affected by crises, ensuring their mental health needs are met during times of distress. Our disaster risk management initiatives build community resilience, preparing members to respond effectively to emergencies.

Through community mobilization, we promote collective action to address local needs, encouraging members to participate in awareness campaigns, support groups, and community-driven projects. This collaborative approach empowers beneficiaries to take part in decision-making and strengthens the social bonds that promote resilience.
